the villain in this movie is doctor octopus. He made a invention that was four robot arms but his test messed up and the arms got stuck to him. the arms made him turn evil and do all kinds of evil things.

In this movie there is 3 villains. one of them is the new green goblin which is Norman's son harry who made a new suit. #2 is sand man a man who can turn to sand any time or place he wants.#3 venom which is a alien type creature.
